Breathing Yourself Awake and Breathing Yourself into Rest – Two Meditations
I have produced two new meditations. Each one has a specific focus.
The first is for the morning; it is designed to help you wake up gradually and open you up to the possibility of new beginnings. The other is for you to do right before bedtime, and it is a great way to release the stresses of the day, resetting your nervous system ready for a peaceful sleep.
Both meditations provide instructions on breathing that will facilitate the purpose of the meditation as well as providing skills to enhance the effectiveness of breathing to nourish your body as you function in your everyday activities.
