Robert, registered movement educator, has been teaching breath, movement and Anatomy & Physiology since 1988, both in private practice and as a faculty member of the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts Massage School, The Body Works Studio for Pilates Teachers, Yoga Vita School for Bikram Yoga, all in Tucson, Arizona. He was the Continuum Movement Anatomy Teacher at the Continuum Studio in Santa Monica, California and for The Duggan/French Approach to Somatic Pattern Recognition, a bodywork practice in the lineage of Dr. Ida Rolf. He was a part time instructor for Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona’s School for Integrative Medicine. He co-developed the Wellsprings Practitioner Program with Emilie Conrad, the founder of Continuum Movement and co-taught and co-developed additional programs with her for 18 years. He is a Certified Breathing Behavior Analyst, a Buteyko Breathing Educator and Trainer. Robert is the founder and Educator Director of The Breathable Body and makes his home on Vashon Island, Washington.

For 36 years Bobbie has been deeply committed to exploring the territory of inquiry and creativity using the wisdom of the body. She was the owner and director of Soma Center, Resources for Embodied Living for 23 years in Highland Park NJ and is a ceremony officiant and interfaith minister with Meaningful Ceremonies.
As a Movement educator, and the creator of GlobalBody, Bobbie leads classes, workshops and explorative trainings rich in fluid expression, self discovery, writing, drawing and moving with living anatomy. Her work using writing/drawing and movement mediums has come out of extensive training in Anna Halpren’s life/art process for over 20 years with Alice Rutkowski. She was authorized to teach Continuum Movement with its founder Emilie Conrad from 2006-2014. Her background in Yoga extends from Kripalu Center to Angela Farmer, Donna Farhi and Eric Schiffman to name a few inspiring teachers. She is also certified in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy since 1993 and received certification in Gestalt Therapy from NJ Center for Gestalt Therapy in 1992.
She retreats and explores yearly with Susan Harper, of Continuum Montage. Bobbie is a movement seeker and continues to find valuable resources for teaching, working and living a creative embodied life.
She had a full time bodywork practice from 1986 to 2020. She was one of the first yoga teacher trainers for Yoga Alliance in 1998 and has developed teachers programs for many studios as well as her own somatically inspired Soma Yoga. She is a founding member of The Continuum Teachers Association.
She self published 2 books of poems in 2014, along with an embodied meditation CD in 2010. She lives in Highland Park NJ with her husband John and their 2 dogs Leela and Topaz. She is the mother of her adult son, Lee and his wonderful wife Alida and has 2 grandpups, Gus and Roxie.
