Habits, physical and psychological, can inhibit the body’s potential to receive oxygen which nourishes the body’s life force. This deficiency can become the root cause of discomforts which limit vitality and open the body for dis-ease and the harmful effects of breathing when the air is unhealthy.
Breathing Lessons will provide simple skills that can be applied easily throughout the day to maximize the health of breath and body. This is especially important for people with asthma, allergies, COPD, anxiety, panic attacks, fatigue and breathing-disordered sleep challenges like apnea, insomnia and snoring.
