All bodily functions depend on the body’s ability to breathe well and supply the body’s most essential nutrient – oxygen. Any decrease in this ability weakens our health and increases our susceptibility to illness. This breathing education class will teach you in simple steps the best ways to care for your respiratory system and access its full capacity to nourish and sustain health. Doctors and nurses taught Covid-19 patients during the height of the pandemic how to access the full capacity of their lungs helping to keep them off ventilators. We will also discuss how ensure that the air quality in your environments stays healthy. All are welcome. Class Times: Saturday, August 21, 2021
