1 ½ Hour Breathing Education Seminar
Wednesday, May 6th – 2 pm Pacific time
Saturday, May 9th – 10 am Pacific time
Sometimes breathing needs conscious support in helping it behave in a way that feels nourishing. Breathing rhythms can become erratic, especially when one is sick.
When the breath finds it natural rhythm, we feel settled and rested. This rested, settled nervous system is the basic requirement for sustaining health, supporting recovery, igniting vitality and bringing a sense of peace.
Together we will explore the dynamics of how breath and body engage in movement and how this movement influenced by the support of Earth and the buoyancy of air can help the breath find its natural rhythm.
