SUMMARY:The Art of Renewal
DESCRIPTION:April 18 • August 1 • October 24\, 2026\n10am–3pm PST / 1pm–6pm EST\nLive on Zoom\nYou may attend one session or the full series.\nAll three sessions: by April 1st $300\, after $375\nSingle session: $125 \n  \nForm is designed to dissolve and reconstitute in a perpetual act of renewal. — Emilie Conrad \nRenewal is something the body already knows how to do. Every cell regenerates.\nFluids circulate. Fascia rehydrates. The nervous system recalibrates.\nWhen we slow down and listen through the body\, we begin to rediscover the rhythms that restore vitality\, resilience\, and creative flow. \nContinuum\, offers a powerful yet gentle way to access these rhythms through breath\, sound\, and fluid movement. By dissolving patterns of stress and rigid form\, the body’s natural adaptability and intelligence reawaken. \nThis three-part series explores renewal as a living process—moving from the body’s fluid foundation\, to the heart’s capacity for connection\, to the freedom of authentic expression. Each session can be taken individually\, though together they create a rich arc of exploration. \nSession I – Emergence of Renewal\nApril 18\nIf the universe is alive with radiant energy\, then renewal is already occurring.\nEach inhale participates in that radiance. Each exhale returns to it.\nThe body is not separate from this movement—it is an expression of it.\nRenewal may be dynamic and rhythmic\, or so subtle it is almost imperceptible. Through gentle movement\, breath\, and sound\, we begin to soften the armoring of stress and awaken the body’s innate fluidity. As the tissues rehydrate and the nervous system settles\, a deeper ease and adaptability begin to emerge. \nSession II – Renewal of the Heart\nAugust 1\nWhen the body softens and fluid movement returns\, the heart naturally follows.\nThe heart is not only a physical organ—it is a rhythmic center\, a deep part of your nervous system that influences breath\, circulation\, and emotional tone. When the chest\, diaphragm\, and connective tissues regain mobility\, the heart’s natural coherence can reappear. Renewal of the heart is about restoring the conditions that allow warmth\, openness\, and compassion to arise organically.\nThrough Continuum explorations\, we cultivate deeper emotional resilience\, self resonance and reconnect with the heart’s subtle\, yet deep intelligence. \nSession III – Renewal of Expression\nOctober 24\nWhen the body becomes fluid and the heart opens\, expression naturally emerges. Expression is the outward movement of life energy—through our voice\, movement\, creativity\, and relationship. Yet we may unconsciously restrict expression through tension in the breath\, throat\, and spine.\nThis session invites expression to arise organically from the body’s fluid intelligence. As the tissues of the chest\, throat\, diaphragm\, and pelvis regain suppleness\, voice becomes fuller\, movement more spontaneous\, and creativity less effortful. Expression is something that reveals itself when the body remembers its innate fluidity. \nWhat You’ll Explore\n• Embodied awareness practices that cultivate presence and inner safety\n• The anatomy of renewal—how fluids\, fascia\, and breath restore balance\n• Continuum sound and movement sequences for releasing tension and reclaim flow and fluidity\n• Ways to “listen through” the body to the wisdom that guides healing and resilience\n• Living anatomy explorations supported by imagery to deepen the felt experience of structure and function \nWhy This Matters Now\nIn chaotic times\, the nervous system seeks refuge. When we slow down and attune to the body’s rhythms\, we rediscover an inner steadiness that nourishes both personal and collective healing. Renewal is not only personal—it is relational\, ecological\, and creative. The more deeply we inhabit our bodies\, the more fully we can participate in life. \nCome as you are. Leave more spacious\, more connected\, and more at home in yourself. \nFacilitators:\nBobbie Ellis – Continuum\, Insight Meditation and Somatic Yoga Guide\, Author of 101 ways to meaning to Everyday Life\nRobert Litman – Continuum & Buteyko Educator\, Author of The Breathable Body – Transforming Your World and Your Life One Breath at a Time

SUMMARY:Renewal of the Heart
DESCRIPTION:August 1\, 2026\nOnline 1-6PM EST \nCost: $125 \nA sense of steadiness\, warmth\, and connection re-emerges as the heart feels supported from the inside. \n  \nMany of us are living in a constant state of doing\, moving quickly\, taking in more than we can process\, and carrying tension we don’t always recognize. Over time\, this can show up in the body as tightness through the chest\, restricted breath\, and a subtle sense of emotional contraction or fatigue. \nThe heart is far more than a mechanical pump. Modern research has revealed that the heart possesses its own complex neural network and is in constant communication with the brain through the nervous system. As a sensing organ\, the heart responds not only to physical demands but also to emotional states\, relationships\, and our inner experience of the world. Its rhythms influence breath\, circulation\, perception\, and overall well-being. When we slow down and listen deeply\, the heart can become a source of profound wisdom\, offering insight\, coherence\, and a felt sense of connection. In our time together we explore ways to cultivate a deeper relationship with the intelligence of the heart and discover its capacity to guide us toward greater balance\, resilience\, and aliveness.\nIn our spacious time together we explore ways of unwinding the heart. Through slow Continuum explorations\, we bring attention to the structures that support the heart—the chest\, diaphragm\, spine\, and connective tissues. As these areas begin to soften and regain mobility\, breath becomes more available and the nervous system has space to settle. \nFrom here\, something can shift. \n\n
