Course Schedule

Our courses are about inspiring participants to develop an intimate relationship with breath by teaching them the basic science of breathing respiration and guiding them into alignment with the body’s natural rhythm of breathing. This rhythm regulates the nervous system for peace and quiet and nourishes the body on all levels. And looking at the body as a whole, not as separate parts. Guiding students in experiencing and cultivating the joy and healing power of sensing breath throughout the whole body.

Robert’s approach is to invite the body to be receptive to the breathing process without restrictions created over a lifetime in response to trauma, cultural expectations, beliefs about self, world, the other, and how breathing is supposed to operate.

Breath and body are in an intimate dance. They are inseparable. The movement of that dance reveals habits and emotional, mental, physical and heart space states. Once revealed, behaviors that impede can be shifted to nourish and heal.
