For those who want to continue, this four-week series takes the inquiry deeper.
Together, we will explore what becomes possible when we make more room—for breath, for attention, for feeling, and for relationship.
Week One — Making Room for Breath
Density. Fluidity. Space. Ground. Breath.
Exploring the conditions that allow breathing to become less effortful and the body more receptive.
Week Two — Making Room for Attention
What happens when we listen inwardly?
Attention as relationship rather than concentration. Sensation as the “kernel of attention.” And the continuing inquiry:
What is underneath?
Week Three — Making Room for Feeling
Everything comes and goes.
Exploring our capacity to breathe with feeling rather than trying to change, suppress, or hold on to what we experience.
Week Four — Making Room for Relationship
Beginning with the relationship with oneself through breath—and exploring how that relationship becomes a template for meeting another person.
And returning to a realization that has emerged from my own life:
The work of my life has not been learning how to breathe.
It has been making room for all of me to breathe.
