For more than forty years I have been teaching breathing.
What continues to inspire me is that breathing is so much more than air moving in and out of the lungs.

This four-week experiential course combines the practical principles of Buteyko Breathing with a deeper exploration of what I call The Community Within—the remarkable conversation continually taking place between breath, body, mind, and awareness. Together we will learn not simply how to breathe, but how to listen to what your breathing is already telling you.
This course may benefit people experiencing:
• Asthma and breathing difficulties
• COPD and shortness of breath
• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Sleep challenges, snoring, and mild sleep-disordered breathing
• Mouth breathing and over breathing

During our time together you will learn:
• Practical Buteyko breathing exercises you can use every day
• The importance of nasal breathing and carbon dioxide balance
• How bracing, posture, and movement influence breathing
• Simple ways to create more ease, capacity, and resilience
• How to develop a more compassionate relationship with your own breathing
No previous experience is necessary.
