This special 2-hour refresher class is for anyone who has taken a Buteyko class with me over the past 21 years.
Together, we’ll revisit the core principles of Buteyko breathing and its practices. The field of breathing education has evolved—especially in recent years—and my teaching has expanded to address new insights and conditions. This class will offer time to practice, ask questions, and connect with a community of fellow breathers.
