They discuss the current Corornavirus and its effects on respiration, the immune system and the human body. We are currently seeing a decrease in air pollution around the world allowing people to breathe clean air for the first time in decades. The degradation of our air quality around the world has compromised people’s immune system, lungs and heart. According to the World Health Organization, 91% of the world’s population does not have clean air to breathe. Robert and Sharon discuss in this interview how these changes in our breathing atmosphere has put at more at risk of viruses and other life damaging pollutants and some tips on what we can do with our breathing that can lessen these risks.
